Rum Balls

Super easy & super delicious!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups crushed vanilla wafers
  • 1 cup confectioner’s sugar
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 Tbsp sweetened cocoa
  • 2 Tbsp light corn syrup or honey
  • ¼ cup Rum

Directions:

  1. Mix vanilla wafers, sugar, nuts, cocoa, corn syrup (or honey) & rum (should be moist but not soggy)
  2. Roll into little balls (about 1 Tbsp)
  3. Roll balls in confectioner’s sugar
  4. Let age at least 3 days in a tightly covered container
