Ingredients:
- 1 scoop (33g) Vanilla Whey Protein
- 2 heaping TBSP Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- 1 splash Vanilla Soy Milk (Light) — to desired consistency
- 1 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
- Pure Agave Nectar, to taste (or honey)
- sprinkle in some Chia Seeds for an extra healthy boost (I use a little less than 1 TBSP)
- Ice (approx. 6 cubes)
Directions:
Blend all ingredients together & enjoy!
