Super Delicious High Protein Strawberries’N’Cream Smoothie



My new post-workout fave!strawberryshake


  • 1 scoop (33g) Vanilla Whey Protein
  • 2 heaping TBSP Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1 splash Vanilla Soy Milk (Light) — to desired consistency
  • 1 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
  • Pure Agave Nectar, to taste (or honey)
  • sprinkle in some Chia Seeds for an extra healthy boost (I use a little less than 1 TBSP)
  • Ice (approx. 6 cubes)


Blend all ingredients together & enjoy!

Nutrition Information: 315 Calories, 3g Fat, 16g Sugar, 29g Protein
