The foods we eat impact every single part of our bodies, so eating healthful foods isn’t just part of maintaining a fit physique. Eat This, Not That! put out this list of foods that help maintain focus, improve memory, decrease the likelihood of issues like Alzheimer’s disease, and more. They also list some harmful foods to avoid, which we should all consider reducing or eliminating for a myriad of reasons. Some of the items on the list were what we’d all guess–spinach is good, soda is bad–but there were some foods that I found a bit surprising.
