I’m a little obsessed with Eat This, Not That! lately, and I love the lists of habits they put out–I become so much more aware and conscious of my routines when I read them.
I had no idea that I was probably going a little overboard on fiber, or that a hand-full of nuts wasn’t a great breakfast on a time crunch (they’re protein, I thought it was a good choice!). I did know that eating leftover pizza the next morning (right out of the box on the counter), but it was good to see a reminder to cut that out too.
