Anxiety Vs. Coronavirus

Many people are experiencing increased symptoms of anxiety and depression since the isolation and social distancing rules have been put into effect.  Symptoms of anxiety and panic can often include difficulty breathing and other respiratory symptoms, which can mimic symptoms of the virus.  Thankfully, the folks at Baton Rouge General hospital put out an article on how to tell the difference between anxiety-related shortness of breath and COVID-19 symptoms.  Check it out here.
