This has been something I certainly understand the value of, but as a to-do-list-maker I struggle to put it into practice in my own life. I think the important thing to remember is that wellness is an ongoing process that you continually work on, not a finish line you cross. I really like the activity in the article to list 5 people who are important to you and think about their worth and positive impact in your life even though they’re not actively doing anything for you in this moment.
