21 Days Later

So I’ve made it through 21 days of “clean” Paleo-ish Crossfit-eating!  Yay!  I’ve lost 13 lbs since my weigh-in on day 1.  I also measure about 2 inches less around my waist and 2 inches around my buttocks.  I feel great and I’m so glad I did it. I had a few cheat meals and definitely…
